dude straps are better than chains by a long shot atleast you can double up a 30000LB strap and get pulling streangth of 60K i have a log chain and it snaped and it was brand new a 200 dollar chain v.s a 20 3000 lb strap i would take the strap anyday!!

yea i know but the strap i had was a really cheap one and it broke so i used the chain and it worked at the time
