sorry for the late reply, I'm vacationing and have limited Internet access. Unfortunately the company that I built this site for went out of business and that's why you're not seeing the site. Yes it's a joomla 1.5 install. The are plenty of professional templates for joomla that can be easely customized to look the way you want them. Depending on the hosting provider and the plan it may cost you bet $5 and $20 per month.
