title: pinch grip training for climbing 1
Block with width 4cm I hold with end of fingers.To this block is attached weight 66kg.I press on this block with end of my fingers.Test after 3 hours training of fingers .I was very tired.When i am rested, i bring up 80 kg with one hand.I train pinch grip since 4 months.I also train with block which width is 7 cm.Progress 5 kg weekly.i can hang on one hand holding a door jamb with pinch grip.Pressing on door jamb with end of fingers.

funny background music you have there in your gym.. haha.. is this handle a rolling one? because if it isn't I can tell you it will not come close to a real rolling thunder. But anyway good you are starting to work on your grip, what gripper can you close?

I've to say that I am not responsible what-so-ever about the music played in my gym. But that's some hardcore sh@t!haha...
Actually, I never use grippers to work on my grip.
