  • So the debate ensues about eating. I am delighted to put up any posts that stirs debate. It is good to have a different perspective from everyone. However, when it comes to eating. The debate as I see it is which is more important eating "right" or training. There is a great understanding between men and women that I believe we can all agree, "garbage in - garbage out". This goes for the mind - and the body. It is not a judgmental statement it simply elementary. Love your body- Peace all,Vic

  • Hi Vic,

what is the"stimulus" you are talking about ? is it the tension of the weight , training til failure, many sets, constantly increasing the weight/tension .... ?

    Thanks !

  • @MurphyJ83

No really- the stimulus is just the act of training- "stimulating the muscles". Vic

  • Hey vic, are heavy weights necessary to build muscle? Or is the technique gonna build muscle? I hear alot from "pros" saying only heavy weights make you grow

  • @tashawnify

I believe the stimulus on a muscle makes it grow. Now, I see pros throwing around a lot of weight. I don't have a lot to say about the pros. If I thought it was the way to go, I would have done so. I help build physiques with intellect, not drugs. So, why don't you give it all a try. See what fits into your lifestyle. Try my workouts and see how you feel. Lots of people getting real results. Peace, Vic

  • Hey Vic, just curious...can you gain muscle and lose fat at the same time naturally with a very clean diet???I'm looking forward to your answer as this has become a debatable topic.

  • Respond to this video... Of course- a clean diet is the best way to accomplish anything. A diet poor in quality basically puffs you up. Eat well- Vic

  • @swatidon1

I don't take supplements- looking into it- if I had any advice I would offer it. Vic

  • @hellapinoy6969

perfect replacement- however, I would encourage you to try to do pull ups. Let's train this way , but on one of your (non back) days, give pull ups a try. 1. ) as a challenge 2.) variety in your training 3.) even trying is an excellent way to make contact with muscles you haven't really worked. Do a pull up and say "hello" to those muscles. Peace, Vic
