Joseph Cao is a good man and a hero. He just helped and supported people in his district. I support him and is proud of what he had done for his community.

The bill describes the penalties as follows:
• Section 7203 — misdemeanor willful failure to pay is punishable by a fine of up to $25,000 and/or imprisonment of up to one year.
• Section 7201 — felony willful evasion is punishable by a fine of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment of up to five years.

It's interesting that Rep. Cao held 11 town hall meetings where his constituents came to support reform tet all we saw on TV was the yelling and fighting at a few events.
The media is corrupt.

Cao is simply trying to cover his ass- he voted against the stimulus and left his constituents hanging. He won simply on Jefferson's freezer content. Cao should run for reelection as a Independent- if not a Democrat. I don't hate this guy like I do most conservatives- he has more to offer our country and the state of Louisiana than the party of NO.
