As many of you may know I was once a proud fishmonger. Well, I was humbled and awed by the wet market in Sham Shui Po where they had species of fish unknown to the scientific community. A half an eel, live mantis shrimp, and live chickens are among the highlights, as well as fruits, vegetables, meats, and every kind of imaginable seafood live, dead, and preserved.
