An Indian "IT student" arrives back in the UK to resume his "studies" but when questioned by Border Control didn't know basic IT terminology. Arousing the suspicion of the officer, he was interviewed and questioned further about his studies.

Not only was he unable to remember the name of the college where he claims he studied for the better part of a year, but he was also unable to remember what he studied, and what exams he took.

Among his possessions he had a certificate for a bogus college which no longer exists which had a date on it for the same period he claimed to be studying at another college.

Clearly this chap had got himself all mixed up with his lies and couldn't give a cohesive or convincing story to the officer. No wonder he is seen in the video on the telephone before being interviewed, probably trying to get his story straight. Astonishingly, despite the firm belief by the officer that he was not a legitimate student, he was still granted entry to the UK because the officers had a lack of any firm evidence to deny him entry!?!

Surely the fact his college no longer exists and the fact he didn't remember a single thing about his studies would count as evidence! Interestingly, there was no mention of how he intends to support himself while "studying" in the UK or where he would be staying and at which college he would be studying with. You can see clearly from this video that it's a piece of cake for illegal immigrants (particularly from India and Pakistan) to gain illegal entry to the UK under the guise of being a foreign student. This is now becoming one of the main methods Pakistani's and Indian's gain entry to the UK after the clamp down on foreign marriages. This is evident by the rapid rise in student visa applications granted over the last 2 years, up from around 200,000 to well over 330,000 last year.

  • Have met personally several of such "students". Sadly the government is focused on closing skilled migration categories rather than fighting with lots of bogus colleges, asylum seekers and illegal migrants.

  • This country is a disgrace. I was made redundant after a back injury and I've been treated with contempt by a system I have paid decades of tax and national insurance to. I was forced to pay for an MRI scan to diagnose my problem which requires urgent surgery. I'm not supposed to move much but, after receiving a medical certificate, JobCentre Plus required me to drive to my home town and prove my identity at the office I have already been signing at. Not so diligent with immigrants it seems.

  • @TheCasao86 yet they made u count....1, 2, 3, 4 etc....please look up its origin...

  • I'm an Indian guy. And I honestly condemn these kind of people. They bring a bad name to an entire community and a big group of genuine students. The officers should have taken this very seriously he should have been severely punished. I don't get why these students don't realize there's great chance in India to have a good life. These kind of students should realize that cost of living and surviving in UK is very high compared to India, If you cant afford it then there's no point going there.

i hardly went to college when i was in Britain, i graduated from Regents American college and was spending 500 pounds a night on THU, FRI, SAT, SUN nights. I was too tired to go to college and now i am back in India and investing in the UK. I have pumped a lot of money into the UK economy dont u think?

  • @herringfly Well thank fuck for the Polish. Now we don't need a tan; We just need to put on an accent =D

  • I think same thing is happening in the USA. Thousands of Indian students have finished their education in our varsities and now they are staying in the USA illegally. This applies to students from other countries. We need to catch and deport them....
