I'm an Indian guy. And I honestly condemn these kind of people. They bring a bad name to an entire community and a big group of genuine students. The officers should have taken this very seriously he should have been severely punished. I don't get why these students don't realize there's great chance in India to have a good life. These kind of students should realize that cost of living and surviving in UK is very high compared to India, If you cant afford it then there's no point going there.

i hardly went to college when i was in Britain, i graduated from Regents American college and was spending 500 pounds a night on THU, FRI, SAT, SUN nights. I was too tired to go to college and now i am back in India and investing in the UK. I have pumped a lot of money into the UK economy dont u think?

I think same thing is happening in the USA. Thousands of Indian students have finished their education in our varsities and now they are staying in the USA illegally. This applies to students from other countries. We need to catch and deport them....
Have met personally several of such "students". Sadly the government is focused on closing skilled migration categories rather than fighting with lots of bogus colleges, asylum seekers and illegal migrants.

This country is a disgrace. I was made redundant after a back injury and I've been treated with contempt by a system I have paid decades of tax and national insurance to. I was forced to pay for an MRI scan to diagnose my problem which requires urgent surgery. I'm not supposed to move much but, after receiving a medical certificate, JobCentre Plus required me to drive to my home town and prove my identity at the office I have already been signing at. Not so diligent with immigrants it seems.
