And the lyrics are about a country that send its boys to kill or die vs people they don´t know.

It's also about how those veterans were treated by their fellow Americans when they came home from that war. Like garbage, basically. All those whiny bastards screaming bring them home sure cared a lot when they eventually did. Then they have the balls to put "Support our troops" stickers on their Toyota Camries years later.
