Three friars from the Dominican House of Studies http://dhspriory.org in Washington DC were ordained to the Sacred Order of Presbyters on May 18, 2007, at St. Dominic Church, Washington, D.C. The Most Rev. Donald Wuerl, Archbishop of Washington, was the ordaining prelate.

I realized when I was 13 years of age, God would call me. I was very smart and figured I would be of the hierarchy of the Church. Then I realized the priesthood is not about power, but is about love. Love for people and most of all Love for Christ and his good works. Hope to be a Franciscan seminarian next year.
