It definitely looks stable to me. I think you can crash it by either flying it or letting it drift (high wind) into an object. I don't know if it will fall out of the sky if you go full throttle down from altitude. Either way...I think the operator/pilot would have more to do with it crashing than the aircraft itself. :-)
