Slow Motion Heroes, the name describes how the band was born.....
After years of string breaking, tub-thumping and intense hardcore, a group of deaf practitioners decided it was time to slow things down to a more melodic, mellow pace...

Thus began a relentless headhunting operation, during which the remaining members of the Cork based Franco-Celtic outfit were very easily convinced to get on board...

Think of 6 boys, born and raised in the wild, who learned some manners, but never forgot...
