Last year, we got together with Dean Koontz and Bantam Dell to bring Odd Thomas to life for the first time on film. The result was overwhelming and I can't thank Dean and Bantam Dell and everyone else enough who let us create "Odd Passenger". Thanks again for all those who went to Bantam Dell's youtube page to watch Odd Passsenger, and now i'd like to put it on our page as well. And if you haven't seen "Odd Passenger" yet... what are you waiting for? ;) Thanks Again!!!

  • A friend of mine, who reposted Dean Koontz's recent news post about how excited he is about the upcoming movie, also shared the first webisode.

    Bravo, you nailed it!

I love this little side trip, this short story about Odd's adventures on his way out of Pico Mundo and into Magic Beach. Thank you for your hard work! (and yes, the music lent the perfect atmosphere.)

  • @Jaguwarps THANKS so much!! We really enjoyed making this for Dean and Random House. We have a great little video of Dean at comicon talking about these on our website. I can't put a URL here on youtube but I'll give it a shot " double u double u double u dot rungoatrun dot kom" - Go to the media section and you can check it out! :) Thanks again!

  • i stumbled on these while searching for webisodes because my students want to do some and wow I love these. I am a fan of Dean Koontz.

  • @sutphen3 THANKS!!! that's great about your students, they're going to have fun doing them... especially if it's their own story!

  • Very nicely done! Especially the music- that can make or break a film. Yours pretty much made it- aside, of course, from good writing, good casting, good acting, good filming, and good locations ;)

  • @VentureCrew007 - Thanks a lot! Always appreciate it! I really enjoy writing music, and I agree with you about how music can sometimes ruin an otherwise great film. It's really hard to think of really awesome movies that have a really bad score. Thanks for the great comment. it's our fuel.

  • Nice job. Is there a standard length for a webisode? 5 or ten minutes?

    Just curious.
