This is Prophecy a.k.a. "The Wizard Of Bars". At 6'x5", 255lbs. he has become a Street Workout legend in New York City. In this installment, we get to witness one of the biggest people on the Pull-Up Bar to date - (6'x5", 255lbs.). Despite his size, he does high-flying moves that would you would normally see and much lighter person on the bar, but makes it look so easy ...Enjoy!!

  • Great video!! If I wanna increase my pullup number, how many would I need to do daily? Would you recommend doing them Monday thru Friday with Sat. & Sun. off? Holla back bruh!!

  • @757VAtrepreneur If you can, start off by just doing one pull-up. Once you are able to master that, then push yourself to do more gradually. As far as doing Monday through Friday and taking the weekend off, that should be cool. However, you should ultimately never work the same muscle group everyday. Pull-Ups one day, Push-Ups the next, mix it up. Give you muscles a chance to recuperate to avoid possible injuries.
