Amazing video - running without upper body cowling and windscreen! Driver fully exposed showing corrections and dynamic with the double suspension sets and 4-10" wheels (more grippy contact - less understeer) as revealed by a big @ss camera mounted on a pod high-up behind the roll bar. Almost certainly for P34 engineers. Driver: Patrick Depailler

Good grief, the driver's arms are actually above the sidepods, unenclosed. From this angle it looks like he's sitting in a shifter kart.
