I personally think Casey Anthony should be shot. Evidence that we have all seen on television or other sources such as Youtube and Facebook have clearly showed us that she is guilty! After Anthony's daughters death which she supposably did not cause, pictures on Facebook were posted of her partying. Some of the evidence has shown that it would definetly be her who killed her daughter as Caylee was a threat to Anthony's relationship with her boyfriend at the time.

@minigunman123 You are crazy. Maybe the death penalty is wrong. But Casey killed a 2 year old. Casey will enjoy her time in jail, by fucking the inmantes, gaurds and being a fat lazy ass. Casey decided to kill a baby in order to party. So therefore the state can decide if this bitch should get the death penalty.

Florida should hold this trial in a stadium and sell tickets. They could make a fortune. People would fly in from all over the Country (maybe even from all over the world) to watch this trial. Could help Floridians with the big DEBT theyll have for paying for Caseys DUHfense!

you dont earn life, life is not for us to decide. whether or not to be killed for killing your daughter is not my decision, and I could not care less about it, because it is not my decision, and quite frankly, I would hate to be the person to sentence someone to death. jail for life, people, its better than death and it punishes them for their crime. seriously, death row should only be for terrorists or mass murderers, not people killing another person. single murder is bad, but not death worthy

In jail / prison you are still given limited freedoms. Suppose a killer had killed a loved one to you, would you want the feeling that the killer is still living with any freedoms in jail. After death everything is all over, all freedoms and rights are taken away, to me living is one of the biggest freedoms we are given, im afraid casey anthony does not deserve that freedom, i do respect your opinion though. And i know its not your decision, im just asking for some opinions.
