4/7/09. Short strength training set on the rings. Hanging straight leg raise to inverted hang to inverted pike hang to back lever (almost!!!) to German hang to inverted hang to extended tuck front lever to attempted one leg extended front lever. This was my third set, so it wasn't my best of the night (that would have been the second set of the three). The back lever will be mine soon!
