Any one please help me i want to know how transistor works. i want it in a circuit to show me how it really work i know what base, collector, and emiter is and how they work but i dont really get it. if i have a transistor i don't know how to make it work for what i want. please replay me if you can explain or video or site you know please relay thanks.

@faisal22naveed From previous videos and shorting out the inverting source input, this is the noninverting gain of a noninverting amplifier. The circuit shown for the noninverting input has a voltage divider. vp=v2*R4/(R3+R4) since this is a voltage divider at the output. Note that vp=vn=vo2*R1/(R1+R2) or vo2=vp*(R1+R2)/R2=vp*(1+R2/R1). Hence k2=v02/v2=[1+(R2/R1)]*[1+(R4/(R3+R4)]. Hope this helps! Dr J
