I lived in Bermuda for one year (1963) as a kid. I was only 11 years old and it was the best carefree time of my life. I could walk into town (Hamilton) or to Devonshire beach by myself without any fear. It truly was a paradise for me . Anyone know if Cavendish Hall School is still there.
Hi dutchman u had a nive vid there. i went to bermuda for my 30 b day its so nice there i seen most of the places u had pics of i cant wait to go back made lots of friends!!!!
Bermudian restaurant managers are assholes especially David de' silva from the Waterlot Inn at the southampton princess hotel and Bermudian staff are lazy as they have to work so many jobs that they don't do one well. Everything is so expensive and the rich blacks look down on the white foreign staff. Bermudians are a lot of Crack heads and the gun crime and drugs on the island are getting really bad and also the amount of accidents on Bermudas roads. Shame it is a beautiful island. EXPENSIVE.
Nice video...I worked at Sonesta Beach and used to go to the staff club at Elbow for cheap drinks, bingo and good times. I miss it too. I miss the fish chowder with sherry peppers. DownDeeRoad Bi!!!
I've travelled and lived around the world but the years I lived in Bermuda (82-89) in Sts Davids & Georges were the most memorable of my life. The bikes surely have changed - the video shot some beautiful machines. Back then, most folks had plain mopeds.I imported a Japanese market Yamaha 80cc version of the big V-twins - it was the only one around at the time and often drew stares. My favourite memory of all was the honour of crewing in a Fitted Dinghy race.
@RMCKIE get a life! always a jackass like u to try and spoil my beautiful island and people
