  • fischer es el mejor de todos los tiempos no se dejen engañar, por los que no saben o no tienen nociones del ajedrez superior ok

  • @tubertomp ...he is also a former wc...

  • 0:42 topalov is the former fide champion, not world champion

  • @5javi5

I would guess that, at his peak, Kasparov is thus far the objectively best player of all time. But chess keeps improving over time, so I'm guessing someone will be slightly stronger than him sooner rather than later. Strong players and computers keep making the world's top 10 better and better all the time, as they learn and improve on what came before.

  • @IgnatzKolisch ok, sorry i didn't know that.

Chess is sometimes too confused. Who do you think was the best player of chess? ( i supose it will be one world champion) ;)

  • @5javi5

That's not World Champion. That's some kind of random Kirsan thing, but it's not World Champion. Ilyumzhinov can call it anything he wants. He can call it Chess Champion of The Moon if he wants to, but that doesn't make it true. Some morons said the winner of the World Open was World Champion; why don't you accept that, too?

Steinitz, Lasker, Capablanca, Alekhine, Euwe, Botvinnik, Smyslov, Tal, Petrosian, Spassky, Fischer, Karpov, Kasparov, Kramnik, Anand. There they are.

  • @IgnatzKolisch yes, he lost both but he was a FIDE world champion.

  • @5javi5

Topalov has never been World Champion. He has played in 2 World Championship matches, but lost both of them. How can he become Champion when he lost both matches? You become World Champion when you WIN a World Championship match.

  • @IgnatzKolisch no, you are wrong. Topalov was world champion.

  • Former World Champion Topalov?!?!?! Have I been in a coma without realising it? Topalov has played in TWO World Championship matches (Kramnik in 2006, Anand in 2010), and is an amazing player, but he lost BOTH of those matches. How can he have ever been World Champion when he lost the matches to Kramnik and Anand, both the ones he played?

The comment starting this video is factually wrong. It needs to be taken down or corrected. Factual errors should not be left uncorrected, ever.
