Ryron and Rener were invited to Sitka, Alaska to partake in the filming of an episode of the National Geographic TV Show "Alaska State Troopers." While there they had a chance to teach Gracie Survival Tactics in the snow, shoot some crazy guns at the AST firing range, and see some bald eagles.

While grappling in the snow, Ryron and Rener were wearing the Gracie High Tech Zip-up Jacket, and it held up great! Click here to get yours: http://store.gracieacademy.com/p-2164-high-tech-jacket.aspx

  • Unarmed police officers?? IN ALASKA??? An area with one of the mot free gun laws on the planet????? What exactly is the gracie defense against a 10 gauge buck shot ripping through your chest?

  • We are police officers and DEFINITELY not volunteers...by the way

  • "I like seals, but lets keep it real we're in Alaska right now, this is a survival situation". Ryron puts a normal hat-wear. Haha Ryron is just mocking his brother right there! Haha I love them.

  • @GracieAcademy lol hey man

  • What episode is the one that they are in?

  • Awsome vid,Rener is the man!

  • 5:59 Rener mid sentence turns around and says to some people on the street as they pass..... "Whats up guys!" hahaha brilliant. GJJ for life.

  • :)

  • These guys "keep it real".

  • Please train with Police gear on to make it more realistic. Ballistic vest, duty belt with baton, taser, handcuffs in the middle of your back, keys, radio, etc...These things make hip movement a bit more difficult not to mention the added 20+ lbs of weight and the weapons the bad guy has access too.
