plus.. y in da world r da gurls performing the namaz in pants and shirt!!?!?? hellooo!?!?!? dont u knw gurls shud perform namaz in cloths that dont show thier shape or curves of da body!? and pants does so... goodness! y cant u guys see that!? and and and hijab doesnt just means to cover ur hairs.. hijab=sharam/haya..

u have mashalla a huge area there.. make diff rooms for namaz for both da boys n gurls.. and for girls.. make sure they perform a namaz which no non-mehram can see.. cox if a non-mehram is looking at a women performing her namaz tht is forbidden actually..
