    This ad is the extent establishment republicans go to try and squelch dissent against those who won't tow the party line on war, spending, and government enforcement of social conservatism.

    Of course I've found when dems are up against the same, they suddenly believe these sort of smears as well.

    Rand's stood against SOPA, PIPA, the Patriot Act, the TSA, the NDAA, unconstitutionally declared wars, domestic drones... the guy supports the constitution.

    That often doesn't fly with either.
