George Best of the San Jose Earthquakes scored this fantastic goal against the Ft. Lauderdale Strikers on July 29, 1981 at Spartan Stadium in San Jose. It's often called the greatest goal in NASL history.

@Lombstanly As George said in an interview, two of those defender were internationals, on from Chile. People don't get that players like Pele, Beckenbaur and Cruff all went there for the twilight of there careers - did any of them score a goal as good as that?

He also said that it wouldn't have mattered if it was 7-8 year olds playing, it was still a great and special goal. George knew what he was talking about, he had so much integrity too compared to 90% of players today in any league.

Then you called the stranger an idiot and make the assumption that if a user name is that of a city, followed by a number, it automatically means that the stranger was born in that city in the year reflected by the number. I think all of this qualifies you for the award and the fact that you probably can't see that, only reinforces why you should get it.
