Eating foods with vitamin B-12, such as meat, fish, dairy and eggs, will be enough to ensure that the vitamin is being properly absorbed. Take a vitamin B-12 supplement if your are not eating meat or dairy and consider other tips from a registered nutritionist in this free video on healthy diets.

  • I am a new in vegan how would i get B12 and how do i combine my vegetables and how much of each vege do i eat per meal.

  • Vegetarians, do not have low protein diets legumes, whole grains, and nuts have high amounts of protein, and not all vegetarians are vitamin B12 deficient. it can take 30 years to get a deficiency from B12 because trace amounts can be found in the soil, and chorella and algae contains B12 but that is not a animal source.

this video should be taken down, its full of opinions and void of facts, as a registered dietitian i would think you would want to send out a fully informed message.
