I am a new in vegan how would i get B12 and how do i combine my vegetables and how much of each vege do i eat per meal.

Vegetarians, do not have low protein diets legumes, whole grains, and nuts have high amounts of protein, and not all vegetarians are vitamin B12 deficient. it can take 30 years to get a deficiency from B12 because trace amounts can be found in the soil, and chorella and algae contains B12 but that is not a animal source.
