I believe that King Bombo is voiced by Ted pierce, and King Little is voiced by Jack Mercer. Hope this helps!

I have always enjoyed that Gulliver, Glory and David has been drawed in more human form and the rest of the charracters in a more cartoonish way:P Come to think of it: Glory and David must be like freaks in the eyes of the Lilliputs.
