The last choice the Orthopaedic Surgeon told me was the operation which he still did not do it. I went to the Yoga Guru at Simpang 712 at Jag Therapy in Kampong Salambigar suggested to me not to take too much meat, beans and I must do my physical exercises. He advised me to take a teaspoonful of Apple Cider Vinegar add with honey which I did. Now, I am doing my physical exercise of 45 minutes walking only for about 2-3 kilometers near my home in the residential area. The pains still exist.

I had the pain on my scapula and upper shoulder. I went for treatment with the leeches in Serikin between the border of Indonesia and Kuching. But, the pains still on.
