@Flat12A True.. proof of burden is on the accuser, not the accusee. In court that would be the prosecutor. He would have to provide solid and concrete evidence that proves beyond a doubt that the accused is guilty of what crime he/she did.

If conspiracy theorists brought freemasonry to court they are in the position of the prosecutor. In the end the evidence that they have is only speculation and conjecture. The case would be thrown out of court.
