You CANNOT place blame on anyone but the people who did the vandalism!!! IT sounds (to me) like you're trying to shift blame to anyone else BUT the ones directly responsibe!!! THAT, IMHO, is where MOST of the problems in the US lie. People not taking responsibility for their actions............. It's just silly..........

The Smart thing for the Banks to do is donate the properties to the City and write that off and then the people who are hungry and want places to live can also have somewhere to sleep!
I am sure there are lots of government programs that have all those capitalistic ideas but I just want to help the people who LIVE within this City ravished by foreclosure fiasco every day! We are Realtors and should help the PEOPLE who live in the corporate mess!
