Most of the oils being used in cooking were recycled oil esp. deep fry. That's pretty much will done lots of damage to ur health.. Lately, I hv discovered the secret in most chinese restaurants.. not only they applying msg to enhance the flavours, high cholesterol pig oils also included for the aroma.. they did a lot of deep frying using pretty dark recycled oil until it goes down to half then topping up with new oils. They will never waste it.. that's why it's cheap.. Take care..Guys..
