A letter to president Obama suggesting he should not let Fox News influence his decisions, and listen to the people who voted for him.
Dear President Obama:
Fox News does not run this country, you do. Rupert Murdoch's organization will attack you regardless of what you do. If you lower taxes, the will criticize you for increasing the deficit. If you increase taxes, they will criticize you for ruining the economy. If you end the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, they will criticize you for a lack of national defense, and if you continue it, they will criticize you for killing too many terrorists. An recently, you have found that if you hire Shirley Sherod, they will criticize you for supporting racists, and if you fire her, they will criticize you for not researching enough.
We did not vote for you to succumb to Fox News, or the right wing, we voted for change. Remember when you said "we don't need another four years?" Well, you have continued Bush-style politics in foreign policy, in negotiating with big pharma, in administering multi-trillion dollar bailouts to the banks, in gay rights, in climate change, and in alternative energy.
Yes, you have gotten some political victories, such as: healthcare reform, financial regulation, and an extension of unemployment benefits, but these are small changes, and we voted for a complete change.
We want you to represent the lower 99% and not the top 1%, and if you can not do this, you must resign and let Joe Biden try. But, if you wish to lead us, you must listen to the progressives who voted for you and fight back against Fox News, and attack against an opposition that will disregard the state of the nation for political gain.
Hoping real change comes,
Ryan Jazz Wiley

@thorntongifts Yeah, because obviously I'm an obamatron, and the best way to express my devotion to him is to criticize him!
