Probe's only had 2.2 liter for the turbo's. What i heard so far lol.

not surprised at all. my 3.0 ford probe had more balls then my 3.8 mustang. i love the looks of mustang. but if you dont build its internals yourself, its a piece of shit for racing

The quickest Probe was the 1st Gen GT(2.3 turbo). One of the car rags raced a stock '89 PGT against a stock '89 MGT in the quarter. The Mustang edged out the Probe by a nose. Ford decided that they didn't need two sport coupes so they let the Probe die on the vine. Too bad, they were decent cars back in the day.
