i agree ive seen it first hand myself too. it is dangerous no need to be handicap but at least pregnant or expectant mothers parking . like they have at babies r us. theres a person ive seen several times around my town driving a stick shift brand new corvette that appears to have no disabilities at all with a handicap tag taking advantage. this person appears to be in the 40's and they get the privilage while people who would appreciate those spots more cannot use them.
