Lately I've been spending a lot of time in studying Bushido and thinking about it. I've reached to a conclusion: Bushido could be applied in our century, although not completely. Bushido was, is and will be quite possibly the best way of life for the human beings. Appreciate what you have. Appreciate your life. Don't hold regrets when the final hour comes. "There is Life in every breath."

@Krisnadhuaja It means that if you want true, lasting results, short cuts are not the way to go. A short cut may seem like the fastest way to get what you want, but you pay for it by giving up quality and you miss out on many important aspects by trying to take the short cut to success... @TheGr3yMan Go buy the book "The five rings" there diferent versions. I have purchased many copies, and given to friends. I find I get more out of the martial arts version than the one for buisness. Great read, not something you ever truly put down once you have read it. It should be a part of everyones life. especially if you have trained in the arts.

If one should apply even a handful of these maxims to his own life, one would be a great man indeed.
