I've loved this Brubeck song since I was a kid (Paul Desmond's Take Five). I've heard the DBQ play it many times in many renditions -- including pushing the tempo and slower. I've always enjoyed a little slower -- more feeling. This rendition is great! Thanks for thinking outside the (acoustical) box!

Your playing is much better than the original version. It can be the best theme song ever. I love this dark sound.
