  • yes, and I do eat them...I eat natural almond butter and raw almonds sometimes. I don't really count that as a fat tho...hmm....maybe I should be???? lol, thanks!!

  • Have you thought about eating almonds to help get your good fats in?

  • Yeah, crazy huh? I've noticed that I just never have that afternoon slump anymore either...my energy is even all day long...before I would sometimes take a nap on my breaks or lunch...I just couldn't hang...I feel sooooo much better now. :)

  • Yep, that's the trick, to eart every 2-3 hours. SO much better for your metabolism. I'm with you, if I wait over 4 hours, I'll eat everything it site!
