Ingredient
Pui Fai Mix Powder 1000g.
Ovitech (Food Additive) 20g
Eggs 100g
Water 500g
Method
1. Mixing Pui Fai powder with eggs and some water and special food on 1 minute low speed
2. And continue mixing on 4-5 minute high speed, Put on bakery mould
3. Steam on 12-15 minute normal heat
