Benchmade Illegally Removes Video Content Making False Claims Of Copyright - BOYCOTT BENCHMADE

Benchmade is a Disgrace to America. THAT IS MY OPINION AND IS PROTECTED UNDER THE 1ST AMENDMENT. Benchmade has made false claims of copyright against the video content of Roadsideimports.

I have had 6 video removed ILLEGALLY by Benchmade and I want the general public to understand how the company works and operates in the US using bully tactics and unethical business methods.

ONE GUY STANDS UP TO YOU AND YOU ARE NOTHING MORE THAN A COWARD AND A WIMP.

FALSE CLAIMS ARE ILLEGAL

IF THERE ARE ANY LAWYERS OUT THERE FOR PRO-BONO WORK THEN I WILL SIGN ALL THE RIGHTS TO THIS CASE OVER TO YOU AND YOU CAN KEEP ALL THE PROCEEDS AGAINST BENCHMADE FOR SUCH ILLEGAL PROCEDURES AND DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOR.

@abrick1house77 They had a design patent because that was their identifying characteristic. There is a big difference between Design patents and Standard Technical patents. Do your homework a bit more and study the two different types of patents that are issued in the US. And agreed most patents are stupid to begin with and are controlled by corporate bullies that drive small business out.

That is not what Sal said, he basically dropped everything because he didn't want to spend the money to litigate the problem. Can't go p against someone who has more money than you. Lets get real this is America, he who has the most money wins even if you have to buy the win. You don't want to spend thousands to get hundreds, that makes no sense.

It has been done, I emailed them twice already and I have filed Better Business Bureau Cases and am contacting the ACLU for a classaction lawsuit against them.

If there was anyone else who had comments on my videos about this your 1st Amendment rights were also violated and you can join in on a class action lawsuit.

I need support from others because once there are multiple complaints to the ACLU about this it will help the cause.

@ cutlerylover: That's factually incorrect. If Roadsideimports had said on his video, "I'm giving this content to Google," THEN they would own it. If he didn't, then he retains copyright in the content he created, Google only have a licence to use it.

since your not a partner you dont own your content, neither does benchmade...actually google/youtube own the content, once you become a partner then you own your own material you post...the problem with this issue is benchmade cant prove they own the video you produced, BUT since gogole gets paid from them via ads youtube rejected your video since benchmade claimed they own it...the bigger guys wins in this case, its not right or fair to you, Im just trying to explain it...
