Within temptation - Ice Queen (German Version)

There are two official videos for the song "Ice Queen". The first video, released only in the Netherlands even though it is generally known as the "German Version", starts with a girl checking a website for concert videos. Then she finds two links, one saying 'Within Temptation'. She clicks on that link and their concert in Landgraaf in 2001, is shown on her screen. While watching the concert on her computer, she clicks on a couple of links and information on the band appears on her screen.

The second video was made for international release. Sharon, the singer, is dancing around on a background of a blue, starry sky. She is wearing a white dress and has white extensions in her hair. The other band members are surrounded by fire, thunderstorms and futuristic images. After a while, all band members are shown together on a red planet.

This is the better of the two video versions. Yes, this version was only realesed in the Netherlands. (as you all know, it IS a Dutch band after all)

Also, come on, you guys really think germany would tolerate such a music video? They already go nuts over fake blood in videogames!

lol.. wtf... the song is really awesome but ALL versions of the video clip suck...in this one i actually thought it was gonna turn into a porno any second!!. who the fuk lives in a room like that?!?!( and watches videos with FULL make up)!!

i was really expecting this to be in german, but it's in english. if it's from the netherlands, why is it called German version? shouldn't it be Dutch version?

@Jothike This was the version I saw on TMF in Holland when I was younger... Really the real version... I had the same reaction as you when I saw the "Space" video... This one so much better... Too bad with the ticking noise in it.

My family is part from NL and my mom works there...

I never seen this version, so I have my doubts if this is real

This version was also released in Belgium.. Well it's the one I remember watching as a child
