  • cool but you dont need to follow that entire program...just search for various exercices in different body areas and train 2 to 3 of them in one day then switch the areas the other day...try to do 12 to 15 reps in 3 times...use a fat burner if u want to transform easier and faster but dont forget about cardio...if muscle performance is your problem and your having a bit trouble buy NO (nitro oxide) it will help in your muscle pump..O2 absortion , fadigue recovery and its a very good suplement
