This was a great match, I remember watching this match. I loved it when Steffi played Conchita, she just dominated her. Do you have the one from the French Open, that was a great match too.

well for someone whose game did not fit grass, she still had a fine run to the wimby final in 1992, on just her 3rd attempt. Neither Graf nor Navratilova won on their third attempt in wimbledon either.

The following two years, Graf was not as dominant, bearly beating novotna and losing in round 1 in 94. Without stabbing, Monica might (i say might) had made it in 1993 or 94, who knows :)

one has to give credit to monica for being the only player to durably deny graf the #1 spot

koslow dnt tak rubbish.jst becoz seles got mor games or almost won against garrison dosnt say dat she is bettr dan graf coz she gt lesser games.waht crap are you talking. different players hurt peoples games differently. grafs game is weaker against net players while seles' shouldnt be coz she has double handers. so i believe seles is weak ongrass becaz her 2 handers did nothing.grafs weak backhand can u imagine hw she can generat pace on grass on d slice stil she won so many times.kudos to dat

thats my point graf won 69 straight matches and you graf fans say she was in a slump,thats your excuse for seles snapping her 69 winning streak,seles lost to garrison at the 90 wimb 8-6 in the 3rd set,graf lost to garrison much easier,seles also had a match point on garrison and recieved a vert bad call where the ball was on the line,so that proves seles could play on grass.

sweety... lol... as always u confuse some things :-) graf never complained about the grunting.that was navratilova and one other player.seles even didnt dare to compete in wimbledon one day before because she was afraid about getting defeated... graf won three slams a year a lot of times...in 1988 on her way to the golden slam graf defeeated tennis legends such as evert and icon navratilova who was at her prime...
