We handmade a sail for the Coleman Canoe. We tested it on Vastusjärvi (Lake Vastusjarvi) in Toivoniemi, northern Finland. It reached speeds of up to 7 km an hour with one adult in the canoe. Very stable and enjoyable!

a bit complicated for what it's intended, just add a bottom spar to the sail and use it as a lateen rid, at least than you can tack.
