YES. THEY ARE THE BEST BREED OF DOG EVER.
They are essentially a cuddle bug shotgun! They will be your kids best friend and an intruders worst fucking nightmare.
Find a good breeder and get one! And a brushing pad, because those fuckers shed like mad.

i think they are good pet i had a german sheperd in my house but she die of oldness there good pet and if they grow up good and with kids then there great with kids

What I love most about my GSD's are that they are up for anything, you can take them anywhere and they will love it. And when they are in the house they are big lumps of dogs lying around, playing with each other - then you take them to the beach or park and they run and jump and go crazy. They are loyal loyal loyal and will always try to please. Very protective of their family and should not be teased. Love them

@kumar594 Must be your first dog eh? Hopefully you've got it solved by now. GSD's can learn to housetrain really quickly if you know what you're doing. Mine was fully housetrained in two weeks at the age of 12 weeks old (when we got him). As opposed to my husky which too a few months.

To be honest any dog can be a good family dog if you buy him while he's still really small and train him good but I still don't trust those bullshit dogs like bulldogs and Rottweilers

Nice video. You covered a lot of good info in a short time. A properly trained, socialized, and exercised GSD is a pleasure to be around! I learned the hard way! Mine destroyed all my blinds one day. Ate 2 chairs and a love seat another! I changed and make sure she gets exercise EVERY DAY! She was socialized and started basic obedience training from day one. I failed on exercise but now that I give her what she needs, I could not ask for a better or more loyal dog!
