We raised the value of the house at least 35K only by improving the look of the driveway.
This material (Modified Overlay) is extremely durable and non slipery.
Because it is hand made, we are able to create anything the customer desire.
Enjoy.

  • wow.....super

  • looks good but looks like a bitch to get stencil up

  • bello!!!! quasi come il porfido, ma molto meno lavoro. A GOOD IDEA! hi from Italy

  • Looks nice but better to tear out the old concrete and pour a new 8" thick slab of 10,000 PSI mix with metakaolin.

  • This products sets at around 60mpa after 28 days. This means it is two to three times stronger then the existing concrete. It will only crack or chip if the application is done incorrectly. The product holds far more strenght if it is sprayed not rather then trowel. It will require resealing every 12 to 18 months. All you do is clean with a water blaster and roll the sealer on it is simple. That should answer some questions!!

  • Thank you for all comments...

This material is extreamly durable and vehicles and trucks can drive on it and spin the wheel on the spot without breaking it. 6000 PSI when cures (Thats strong).

By the way, it is much less expensive then to break everything and pour stamped concrete.

Note: not all overlays material are great, some we had lots of problems with until we found a great product. We found the "winning horse".

    Thank you for watching,

    Stamp My Concrete.

  • The stencil pull up kind of looks like a nightmare job. Nice effect though, as long as it doesn't start cracking from driving on it. Has it chipped at all and do you need to seal it every two years?

  • doesn't look durable at all. I bet 6 months max before you start seeing chips.

  • Nice but problem is it needs to be resealed every 2 years and that's not as simple as just spraying it over.
