  • not only 90 days:P its a workout for life:P thx keep pressing play! ill check up on u when u get new videos:) keep going strong dont drink ur calories! just drink water or green tea with honey or by itself:)! i lost quite abit from just that

  • yea keep pressing play no matter what:) also never CHEAT lol i did it the feeling is so bad when u cheat like eat something bad or didnt work out one day lol, U CAN DO IT! im on day 3:P but i have done p90x for 2 weeks but then lots of stuff came up like school and chirstmas and exams and blah blah blah u know so im starting again and o man im dieing lol w.e u do try to never miss a workout best tip i got:) and ur doing great even if ur hurtingandtiredduringtheworkou­t doit tothe end!nomaterwhat!

  • Keep it up man im on week 4 now, at the end of this week ima be on phase 2 im really hoping to get to round 5 for all you thats a whole years worth of p90x. so anyone who has a program and want to talk and have tips for me we can help each other out hit me up.
