Do you know this thief? Crime happened Sim Lim Square, level 2. 18 July 2007. caught in action on store security cameras.
The thief is shown at the bottom of the frame can be seen moving the green back pack in preparation where he then makes his move and picks up the bag. do you recognise him? Please report him to Singapore police via incident number A/070718/0097. Report information to Rochor NPC. Phone 1800 - 294 9999. A couple of frames towards the start and middle of the clip 00.00.01 and 00.00.29 show him looking towards the camera. Clearer Stills:
