New Moon look Vs. the Twilight look?

Okay, so I stumbled across this idea, who got it right?
I was at lunch with a bunch of my friends saying they like the New Moon look, because it is more sophisticated and what not.
Others, said they liked the Twilight look because, it is how it all started.
How about you?
