The Senate version of the Energy Bill now pending in Congress could authorize virtually unlimited loan guarantees for backers of new nuclear reactors -- effectively, a blank check, at taxpayer expense. Graham Nash joined fellow musicians Bonnie Raitt and Jackson Browne at a press conference on Capitol Hill to voice his opposition to the loan guarantees.
There is abundant data on the Internet that show the lethal health effects of
invisible radiation from Nuclear Power Plants. We relentlessly hear lies
that no one died at TMI and only 31 died at Chernobyl. It is easy to prove.
Just get a correct Geiger counter reading! We all eat, drink and breath
radioactive fallout since 1945! There are many non-toxic ways to turn a wheel!

Quite right, Mr. Nash. I wish more people would take your advice; this world is headed for the trash can.

While I admire Graham, the fact remains that what happened at Three Mile Island was supposed to happen. No one died and nothing leaked. Even the founder of Greenpeace (who was thrown out of his own group) says the same thing.
