  • Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.

  • The main point here: one fires at the target at the time keeping it controlled while the other moves and reloades, this is like a scaled down contact drill. It was developed for ranger teams pulling out from fire fights behind enemy lines, they carry all their gear and when safely extracted they have to reload their magazines for a possible next encounter.
