Most companies (especially small businesses) don't give a shit about ANY of this.
"You don't like it, leave" is usually the boss or owner's default setting...

Thank you very much , this the 2.2.5 chapter in my course in Industrial Psychology.
In my course in French: "HERZBERG: les facteurs d'ambiance et de motivation"; just after my courses about Mayo, Maslow and Argyris...By Herzberg himself it's better explained. Thanks. Very, very, very useful even though for a frenchy.
