You need to just accept the truth of our ugly racist history and get over it. As for Gun Laws in England, some clubs can own hunting rifles, all hand guns except muzzle loading antiques are banned on the mainland. That is a far cry from this retarded country where you can buy dozens of AR-15's or AK varients without any licensing and "lose them" to fuel the war in Mexico!

All you have shown is that racism exists EVERWHERE, and every government has a class of people it desires to exclude from gun ownership. In the UK you have to get a permit from the Firearms Enquiry Team

In Israel go to The Israel Dept of the interior and it will tell you the process on how to buy a gun.

In Australia you can actually go to their Police force website and fill out a permit to get a gun.

Once again the rich can get a gun >>>ANYWHERE<<< your silly idea that slave owners wanted that put in so they could get guns is ridicules.

The 2nd Amendment was written by James Madison who spoke out time and again against the people defending themselves against GOV tyranny. You think a rich slave owner needs an Amendment to own a gun???? There isn't a country in the world in which a rich person can't own a gun.
